Hello Loved One,
I had a breakthrough early this morning around 5:15. Yesterday, I had what appeared to be a resurgence of a urinary tract infection that I had struggled with recently. For quite a number of months now, I have also struggled with some horrific pain in my right hand.
I have realized many, many things about these physical symptoms and have evolved exponentially as a result. I have been throwing off much ancestral karma as I realize that I was born to detoxify and let go of old ways of being. "The buck stops here" is what I have been living.
I have realized that it's probably time for me to move on from being a massage therapist. (I'm still available for those of you who would still like to see me ~ you know who you are.)
I've realized that I have been, quite literally, grasping and holding onto old ways of being that no longer serve me. Think: Dominant hand ~ grasping. Think: Letting go of what no longer serves me ~ urinating. It's time for me to let go and let God.
For the past two years, I have realized that we are in a world war. The war is mostly psychospiritual in nature, although the collateral damage is real. I am not a Christian (although I do love Jesus and his gang) ~ and I know it to be true that we are in the Apocalypse.
However, I am what's known as an Apocaloptimist. (Thanks to Mark Attwood for sharing the term.) I know it to be true that we are entering a new world, a new era for humanity. The old world is dying; a world that has been run by very evil psychopaths. Birth and death are merely transitions, though they are usually not easy. The soul is eternal.
In the past several years I have experienced psychic attacks on a level I never thought possible. I have learned that I couldn't always protect myself and that sometimes I needed help from a professional who is sanctioned by God to do that kind of healing work.
So yesterday something new and very cool happened to me. I felt the pain of urinary problems coming on again and noticed that I was reacting to the pain by blaming myself. (Why haven't you been doing X Y and Z, Rachel?!) I consciously threw off the self-blame / shame / guilt thinking. I actually found the funny, and started to laugh.
I have to thank my friend and mentor, laughter yogini Michele Caskey for the coaching and the inspiration. (See her delightful face on her website: https://www.laughterfusion.com ) Because of Michele, I am learning the amazing and true healing power of laughter.
The past 4 1/2 years have been crazy for me, as they have for everyone. I have learned that God laughs when you make plans, and the detours in life are truly where you find what is most important. (Thanks to hubby, Ty Smith for sharing this jewel.) This past year, I thought I was going to put together an anthology titled, "Dangerous Disinformation: Stories Of Awakening 2020 And Beyond". God has other plans for me, as my parents have become very sick and I am coordinating a lot of care for both of them, while I take care of myself and my own household.
I know it to be true that the word "Apocalypse" really means unveiling or rather awakening. We are experiencing a collective awakening on a scale never seen before. Some of us are only just beginning to realize the level of evil that humanity has lived under for millenia. Some of us are awakening to the fact that humanity is headed to a much better place; heaven on Earth, where we have the power to decide how we want to live and what work we want to do or not do.
The only thing that stays the same is change. Change is a constant. We suffer when we assume anything will stay the same or have an expectation that it will do so. We wake up in the morning and assume that we are going to have the same kind of day as yesterday, with the same kind of hassles and the same kind of aches and pains. We believe our bodies will remain the same, our loved ones will remain the same, and our relationships will remain the same.
There is a controversial topic going around that our bodies are literally re-created every seven years. Cells die and new cells are reborn. How do we recreate the same diseases? Something is directing those cells, and perhaps a number of things are directing those cells to re-create the same old problems. You have an ache or a pain and think, " Oh, here it is again. The same old, same old."
The truth is, every moment is new. Every breath you take is a breath you haven't taken before. We are taught to expect that nothing will change. We are taught to expect the 'same old same old'. It's like the movie, "Ground Hog's Day". Every day we wake up alive in this body we are given an opportunity to start fresh, start new.
Janine Morigeau of https://www.tarotbyjanine.com has been a voice of reason for me since 2021. On a recent podcast she gave this advice: "Go back to that childhood innocence ~ believing in magic. Don't assume you know anything and expect the unexpected. Expect good things to happen, trusting in the universe to keep you safe."
I'm sending you so much love, and I believe in your God-given, miraculous, magical, and infinite capacity to heal and to change for the better. Please share this email with anyone you think might like to read it.
As always, if you would prefer not to keep receiving my essays via email, please send me an email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject heading.
